The FPA Ambassador Program is an elite initiative designed to recognize and empower dedicated members who actively contribute to the growth and engagement of our association. As an FPA Ambassador, you will:
✅ Receive $200 for each new member referral
✅ Be featured on the FPA homepage as a recognized leader in your county

To qualify as an FPA Ambassador, you must:
✅ Be an active, participating FPA member for at least two months
✅ Be passionate about networking and supporting fellow business owners
✅ Have a strong local presence and willingness to engage with other professionals
✅ Be committed to helping FPA grow and thrive within their communities
✅ Have a track record of engaging with FPA events and members
As an FPA Ambassador, you play a vital role in strengthening and expanding our professional network. Your leadership and commitment help new and existing members maximize their FPA experience. Below are your key responsibilities:
✅ Referral Commitment – As an ambassador, you are expected to actively grow the FPA community by bringing in at least one new member per month. Your referrals will help strengthen our network and create new business opportunities for all members.
✅ Event Attendance – To stay engaged and connected, ambassadors must attend a minimum of two FPA meetings per month. Your presence at these meetings ensures you stay informed on new initiatives while also fostering relationships with fellow professionals.
✅ Monthly Think Tank Participation – Ambassadors will be part of an exclusive Ambassador Think Tank, a monthly meeting designed to keep you updated on association benefits, new opportunities, and strategic initiatives. This is your chance to share insights, collaborate with other ambassadors, and influence the direction of FPA.
✅ Networking Leadership – Ambassadors are expected to take an active role in organizing and leading networking events in their area. You must host at least one networking event per quarter, which can be a breakfast, lunch, or after-hours event. These gatherings help strengthen professional connections, introduce new members to the community, and encourage engagement.
✅ Engagement & Social Promotion – To help expand FPA’s reach, ambassadors should actively share FPA events, updates, and opportunities on their social media platforms. By spreading awareness, you help generate interest and encourage more professionals to get involved with the association.
✅Community Leadership & Member Support – One of your most valuable roles is guiding new members as they join FPA. Ambassadors are expected to help new members get acclimated, introduce them to other professionals, and encourage their active participation in meetings, networking events, and educational opportunities. This mentorship ensures new members feel welcomed and engaged, making the most of their FPA membership from day one.
