Is the Showcase free to attend?
Yes. Public admission is completely free. Reserve a pass in advance so we can plan for the room.
Is this the same as Professionals in Paradise 2026?
No. PIP 2027 is the four-day ticketed conference, July 29 to August 1. The Showcase is a free, public expo on the Friday evening inside it. You do not need a conference pass to attend the Showcase.
What does an exhibitor table cost?
A table on the Showcase floor at Gaylord Palms on the Friday evening of PIP 2027. Tables are limited and 2027 pricing is announced closer to the event. Ask to be first in line.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, 6000 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746, in the Orlando area.
