Membership is open to individuals and businesses based in or serving Florida. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and current. FPA may deny, suspend, or revoke membership for violations of these Terms or misuse of our platforms, events, or communities.

Membership fees, sponsorships, and event registrations are processed by secure third-party payment providers. All sales are final unless stated otherwise for a specific program. Refund requests may be considered case by case by emailing hello@floridaprofessionals.com.
All content on FloridaProfessionals.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and digital resources, is owned by FPA and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We use third-party tools such as GoHighLevel, Pabbly, EngageBay, WordPress, and BrilliantDirectories. Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. FPA is not responsible for third-party practices.
FPA provides educational resources, connections, and exposure opportunities. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings. All content is for informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPA and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FPA for your current membership term.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
